Weโ€™re more than just real estate agentsโ€”weโ€™re agents of change. I'm constantly reminded of how different my life is now compared to when I entered my 20s, I took a big chance on myself, and it paid off in more ways than I could have imagined.
The only reason Iโ€™m here, writing to you today, is because I made one leap:๐ˆ ๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ .

Back in 2019, I didnโ€™t know exactly why I was so drawn to owning propertyโ€”it just felt like something I "had" to do. But it wasnโ€™t easy.
This was before the incredibly low interest rates of the 2020s. With my interest rate being 5.75% and bidding wars driving prices up by $50K or more, I thought, โ€œDoes this house come with a free car in the garage? "But then, December came, and I asked myself:
โ€œ๐–๐ก๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ?โ€
Thatโ€™s when everything changed.
I found a condo in Forest Park for $89Kโ€”nothing flashy, but it had potential. I stayed focused, negotiated, and closed the deal at $87K, with my closing costs covered.
Fast forward six years, I sold that condo with a ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ% ๐‘๐Ž๐ˆ on my initial investment. It wasnโ€™t luckโ€”it was ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž, ๐ฌ๐š๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž, and ๐›๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐Ÿ in the process.
๐๐จ๐ฐ, ๐ˆโ€™๐ฆ ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž As we head into 2025 and rates dropping consecutively, Iโ€™m starting to see the same opportunities I saw back then.
Back when I bought that discounted condo, the market shifted in ways that created ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ and Iโ€™m seeing that happen again.
There are more homes on the market now than this time last year, and prices are starting to adjust to growing buyer demand. The only difference? Great deals are disappearing and The window of opportunity wont last forever.
Just the other day, I was helping a friend whoโ€™s buying his second home. He sent me a true gemโ€”a property with a price tag I havenโ€™t seen in a while, something truly affordable. Before we could even act, it was off the market. I thought, Here we go again.
So If youโ€™re tired of feeling stuck, ask yourself:
